Corporate Spark Outbound 2025 - China Program
Dentbooster by Akkaradent Selected for the Corporate SPARK China Outbound Program by NIA
We are honored to share that Dentbooster, developed by Akkaradent Co., Ltd., has been selected as one of the innovative Thai startups participating in the Corporate SPARK Outbound 2025: China Program, organized by the National Innovation Agency (NIA), Thailand.
This prestigious program supports high-potential Thai innovators in expanding their businesses into international markets, particularly China—one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing innovation ecosystems. Through this initiative, Akkaradent had the opportunity to represent Thai dental innovation on the global stage and explore pathways for Dentbooster to reach new markets and partnerships.

As part of the program, the NIA delegation traveled to Shanghai, China, where selected startups engaged with key players in the Chinese innovation ecosystem. The program was organized in collaboration with XNode, a leading innovation accelerator and incubator in Shanghai, providing participating companies with access to investors, strategic partners, and industry experts.
During the visit, Akkaradent joined a series of activities designed to accelerate international market entry, including business matching sessions, specialized consultations on Chinese market regulations, intellectual property protection, branding, and B2B expansion strategies, as well as networking with investors and corporate partners. These opportunities allowed us to gain valuable insights into the Chinese market and identify potential collaborations for bringing Dentbooster to a wider global audience.
The delegation also attended the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2025, a globally recognized platform showcasing cutting-edge AI and deep technology innovations. In addition, participants visited Zhangjiang Robotics Valley, one of China’s leading deep-tech hubs, and explored the work of Fourier, a pioneering robotics company developing technologies aimed at improving quality of life.
Beyond technology exposure, the program emphasized international collaboration and sustainability. The NIA delegation participated in the Amiata x NIA Delegation Mentorship Session at the Circular Innovation Center in Shanghai. This session facilitated discussions with global innovation leaders focused on sustainability and circular economy solutions. It provided an inspiring platform for exchanging ideas, exploring international partnerships, and learning from successful innovation-driven ventures such as In2Orbits.

Another key highlight was participation in the 8th Bangkok–Shanghai Economic Conference, hosted by the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai. This event created an important platform for Thai startups to showcase their innovations to Chinese corporations and investors, opening doors to new economic collaborations between the two cities.
Being selected for the Corporate SPARK China Outbound program is an important milestone for Akkaradent and Dentbooster. It reinforces our mission to transform Thai research and dental biomaterial innovation into globally accessible healthcare solutions. We are grateful to NIA and its partners for empowering Thai startups to expand internationally and connect with the global innovation ecosystem. This experience not only strengthened our global perspective but also reinforced our commitment to advancing dental care innovation and bringing Dentbooster—an at-home desensitizing dental gel developed from Thai research—to international markets.
We look forward to building new collaborations and continuing our journey toward making Thai innovation recognized worldwide.
